A white paper for Startup Development

The Digital Economy Strategy makes it an imperative to create an enabling environment for startups to thrive. The Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA), the apex Government body for Technology Startup Development in the country has engaged PricewaterhouseCoopers (Pvt) Limited, Sri Lanka (PwC) who has been engaged on a pro-bono basis to publish a white paper on the impediments faced by the Sri Lankan Startups with a remedial action plan to be taken up by ICTA for necessary action.
