Valuation Department Training Program

In an exciting collaboration, ICTA and the Valuation Department of Sri Lanka recently joined forces to enhance their operations. A comprehensive training session was conducted on July 21st and 24th 2023, at the ICTA premises.

The primary objective of these sessions was to empower internal staff with essential skills to efficiently navigate through the E-valuation System which seamlessly transitions them from manual maps to digital maps. Spanning across all 19 Regional offices of the department, approximately 50 officers participated each day.

The Valuation Department of Sri Lanka takes a giant leap with its forward-thinking move towards a cutting-edge, digitized platform. This move towards modernization promises to streamline their processes and bring about a new era of efficiency and effectiveness. By leveraging digital mapping and advanced tools, the department is ready to enhance accuracy, speed, and overall productivity.

With this collaborative initiative, ICTA and the Valuation Department are demonstrating a shared vision and are paving the way for a more technologically advanced and future-ready Sri Lanka.
