NextGenGov six-day training program - Kalutara

The six-day foundation capacity building training program, as part of the NextGenGov initiative, concluded successfully from the 8th of July to the 10th of August, 2023, at the District Secretariat - Kalutara. More than 160 government officials from both the District Secretariat and Divisional Secretariats of the Kalutara district actively participated in the program.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the voluntary resource persons and master trainers from the industry who generously shared their time and expertise to empower our dedicated government employees.

Led by ICTA, the primary focus of this initiative is to enhance digital literacy and technological skills among government officials. It aims to leverage ICT for effective governance and community development while equipping participants with valuable knowledge, tools, and practical skills.
