ICTA conducted awareness sessions on the "Integrated Capacity Building Approach" for Organizational Digital Government Transformation at the Sri Lanka Ports Authority and Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the 9th & the 10th of August, 2023, respectively, marking the 1st Phase.
The purpose of these sessions is to offer valuable insights and empower top and second-tier management from government organizations, with a specific emphasis on critical infrastructure information within organizations. Our objective is to establish an informed and capable ecosystem within the government, facilitating effective digital transformation and promoting collaboration.
By embracing digital transformation, these organizations expedite the adoption of technology, cultivate essential skills, and reinforce governance and transparency. This results in improved service delivery, heightened citizen engagement, and ultimately, greater satisfaction.
